We bring you our rendition of duck ramen this holiday season. The broth is a consommé slowly reduced over two days, while the noodles are hand-made to preserve the springiness otherwise lost in frozen varieties. The duck breast is cooked to medium rare and its accompaniments (shiitake, carrots & scallions) are roasted in succulent duck fat to enhance their natural flavor.
While great on its own, we highly recommend trying the duck consommé with any BYO Ramen options for an unique combination of flavors (while supply last).
